An Amazing Stay for Business or Leisure!

I stayed in a King Studio with a sofa bed for a night and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were incredibly accommodating, and I enjoyed the on-site bistro for breakfast. Pro tip, Try the coffee. it’s a great pick-me-up before your day!

Great spot for family gatherings

We had a fantastic time using the kitchenette. It was perfect for making meals for the family. Plus, the outdoor grills really made our night-nothing beats a good BBQ with loved ones!

i had a fantastic stay at towneplace suites! the hotel is modern with all the amenities. It’s conveniently located near the casinos. the shuttle service to the casinos is a major perk. our double queen studio was clean and quiet, perfect for our family. we’ll definitely return!

great location but no early check-in

The secluded feel surrounded by pine trees added a much-needed tranquility. The room amenities were top-notch, making for a comfortable stay.

The stay was quite pleasant. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the convenience of the kitchenette. The hot breakfast was a nice touch, and we enjoyed watching the herons and ducks by the little bayou at the back, which added a peaceful vibe. However, there were some communication issues at check-in, and it felt like the front desk was more focused on no-shows during our arrival. Overall, the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions, making it worth the stay.

The One-Bedroom King Suite offered a decent amount of space for a couple, which made it cozy for two. The location is convenient for anyone looking to visit nearby attractions.

On arrival, the reserved room wasn't available due to flooding issues, which led to the first of several unpleasant encounters. The suite had a persistent moldy smell, and I found visible mold on the ceiling, walls, and bathroom door frame, which was an unfortunate discovery. Despite being moved to another room that seemed fine at first, it still had some mold on the door frame. Additionally, I encountered fluctuating shower temperatures. the water struggled to stay consistently hot during three attempts. Lastly, sharing the small pool with the neighboring hotel felt cramped and less enjoyable than it could've been.

i had a fantastic stay at a townplace suites! the amenities in our room were superb, especially the fully stocked kitchen and spacious layout. my previous stay in lake charles was good, but this experience truly exceeded all my expectations with its cleanliness and attention to detail.

the gym equipment was lacking.

Clean rooms with a full kitchen setup. The pool area felt a bit cramped and could use more space. Nice to have bicycle rental available nearby for some local exploration.
